Adele P. Montesano (nee Gemra)  88, of  Springfield  died on Thursday Nov. 3, 2016 .

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Monday at 10:30 am.

The funeral mass will be in St. James Church in Springfield, at 11 AM.

Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.

Visitation will be on Monday from 9 - 10:30 am.

Born in Newark, she lived in Springfield most of her life, then moving to Brick

Adele was predeceased by her late  husband Joseph Montesano  who passed away in 1994.

She is the beloved  mother of Joseph Montesano, Linda Lawrence, and Madeline Orlando.

She is the loving grandmother of  7 grandchildren  Kristin, Michelle, Tara, Jaclyn, Charles III, Danielle, and Christina,

as well as the cherished great grandmother of Olivia, Michael, Matthew, Conor, Kayla, and Charles IV.
