Adeline L. Friedman

Adeline  L. Friedman (nee Gushin) 89 of Union died on Friday October 9, 2015 at home.

The funeral service will be in the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, NJ on Wednesday at 11AM. Interment will follow in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery In Iselin, NJ. Visitation will be on Tuesday from  2-4 & 7-9 pm,  and on Weds. from 9:30 - 11 am.

Born in Linden she lived there for many years before moving to Union  21 years ago. She especially loved to listen to and to attend Opera performances.

Adeline was the devoted  daughter of the late Fannie (nee Slavin) and the late Nathan Gushin. She is the beloved  mother of  David Warhaftig  and his wife Patty. She was the loving sister of the late Paul and Samuel Gushin, and Zelda Friedman. She is also the cherished grandmother of Dana Faye, and Emily Rose.
