Adérito Paulo, 78 of Elizabeth passed away on May 18, 2024 at Trinitas Hospital. He was born on December 4, 1945 in Portugal.
During his time with us, Adérito positively impacted all those around him with his hard work and dedication as a construction worker.
Predeceased by his parents Jaime and Vitalina (DeJesus) Paulo, Adérito is survived by his devoted wife Maria (nee Martins) Paulo; his sons, Jimmy Paulo MD and his wife Susan Francisco-Paulo, and Edwin Paulo and his wife Isabel Rodriguez-Paulo; his sisters Maria Graciete Matos and Maria Dolores Teixeira; as well as his beloved grandchildren Derek Paulo, Jimmy Paulo, Jr., Ella Paulo, and Eddie Paulo.
The services to honor Adérito's life will include a visitation on Tuesday May 21, 2024 at Galante Funeral Home in Union from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
A mass will be celebrated on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Newark starting at 10:00 AM.
Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
Adérito Paulo will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
