Agnes Geraci

Agnes Geraci (nee Fauerbach) 96, of Maplewood died on Tuesday October 28, 2014,  at Cornell Hall Convalescent Center in Union.

The funeral service will be on Thursday in the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue, Union, at 11 am. Visitation will be from 9 - 11 am. Interment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park 1500 Stuyvesant Avenue, in Union.

Born in Newark she lived in Maplewood for 51 years. She was a claims adjuster for Home Insurance Co. in Short Hills, for 12 years. Prior to that she was an assembler for Weldon Roberts Co. in Newark for 15 years, retiring 34 years ago. She was also a member of the Maplewood Senior Citizens Club.

Agnes was married to her late husband Leonard  Geraci for 26 years until he died in 1969. She is the mother of Linda Quaglia and her husband Rocco, and Carol Soucek and her husband Charles. She was the sister of the late Raymond Fauerbach, and Geraldine Murray. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
