Andrew was born in Summit NJ and lived in Springfield, Elizabeth and Cranford before moving to PA. 2 years ago.
He worked for the City of Elizabeth for 10 years befor retiring 2 years ago.
A funeral service will be held at the Galante Funeral Home on Wednesday at 10:30AM.
