Angelina Benevento (Nee Mastroeni) 99, of Brick, N.J.  passed away on October 16, 2016 at Laurelton Village Care Center, Brick.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, N.J. on Thursday at 10:30am. The funeral mass will be in St. James Church In Springfield at 11 am. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 9 - 10:30 am.

Born in Newark, she lived in the Vailsburg section of Newark before moving to West Orange and moved to Brick. Angelina was a seamstress for various clothing shops in the Newark area for 20 years before retiring in 1985.

Angelina loved bingo, playing cards, baking and cooking,also enjoyed being with her family.

Wife of the late Paul. Mother of Donna Gahm and her husband Jimmy, and the late Joseph Benevento, and Paul Benevento. Mother in law of Randy Benevento. Sister of the late Nunzio Mastroeni ,Anthony Mastroeni. and Paula Metro. Grandmother of Joy Trevaskiss and her husband Lou. Great grandmother of Ava Marie.  Also surrvived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
