Angelo DiModica

Angelo DiModica, 66, of Union, NJ, passed away on March 28, 2016.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue Union, on Friday at 9:30 am. The Funeral Mass will be at St. Lucy's Church in Newark, at 11am. Entombment will follow in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Delawanna, NJ.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 3-7 pm.

Born in Newark he lived in Belleville, before moving to Union 19 years ago.

Angelo was a heavy equipment operator at the Essex County Department of Public Works in Newark for 23 years before retiring 4 years ago. He was the former owner of ADM Limo in Belleville.

Angelo was predeceased by his parents, the late Joseph DiModica and the late Dolly (nee Juliano). He is the husband of Patricia Capawana-DiModica and the father of Joseph A. DiModica. Angelo is the brother of Josephine Rossi and Janet DiModica. He also is the beloved nephew of Vincent and Patricia DiModica. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his beloved dogs Tyler and Samantha.
