Ann Lynn Cibelli

Ann Lynn Cibelli (née Charles), 75, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2023.  Ann was born April 27, 1948, in Jersey City to Lillian (Karsh) and Ted Charles.  She graduated from St. Joseph’s Grammar School, Dickinson High School and St. Peter’s University, then worked as a corporate tax accountant.  She moved to Teaneck when she married Anthony Cibelli, whom she was with for 39 years until his death in 2016.  Ann is survived by her daughter, Andrea Cibelli, son-in-law Brett Moore, brother Richard Charles and the light of her life, her granddaughter Hayley.  Her favorite things to do in retirement were spending time with Hayley, buying gifts for Hayley, and eating chocolate with Hayley.   She had a huge heart and was always doing for others.  She will be greatly missed by all who loved her. 

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a visitation for Ann at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Avenue in Union, NJ on Saturday, July 29 from 4:00 to 6:00pm and Sunday, July 30 from 1:00 to 5:00pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, 115 Fort Lee Road in Bogota, NJ on Monday, July 31 at 10:00am.  She will be laid to rest with Anthony at Holy Cross Cemetery, 340 Ridge Road in North Arlington, NJ immediately following the mass.
