Ann Leone

Ann Leone, (nee Zambolla), 94, passed away peacefully

Thursday, November 12, 2020.
Born in Newark, N.J. in 1926, she graduated from Weequahic High School and started a career in banking. In 1972 she began a new career as office manager for Camptown Bus Lines in Newark.
Ann and her husband Frank of more than 60 years, until his death in 2016, lived in Union, N.J, and Toms River, N.J. before moving to their retirement home in Marlboro, N.J.
Ann was predeceased by her brothers, Thomas, John and Nicholas, and sisters, Nancy Kohler McSpiritt and Mary Bellina.
She was an avid reader who enjoyed traveling and playing mahjong.

She especially enjoyed her trip to Puglia, Italy

to visit her parent's hometown in Bari.
She also enjoyed dining out with friends and family, and, of course, would never let family pay.
Ann is survived by three generations of loving nieces and nephews whom will miss her and always remember Ann's kind and caring nature.
