Anthony Amendola 87, of Newark passed away on Monday November 3, 2014  at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville.

Interment will be at Arlington Cemetery in Kearny.

Anthony was born in Newark and was a lifelong resident of the Ironbound section. He played guitar in small bands and orchestras throughout Essex County and also in the Canadian Provinces.

Anthony was the brother to Ralph Amendola and his wife Susan and the late Fiore Amendola. Uncle of Ralph Jr and and his wife Rosaria, and neice Rosemarie. He was the Great Uncle of Michael Cruz, Sabrina, Anthony and Isabella Amendola.
