"Every life composes a song of it's own." -Jeff Veach
Nobody lived with a bigger song in their heart than Anthony Christopher James Casale who sadly passed away at the age of 33 on Tuesday, May 24, 2017. He was the type of person who never met a stranger, your instant friend. When Anthony undertook something, he jumped into it with 100% enthusiasm and vivacity. This was never more true than when he was working on his passion for music or spending time with his beloved son Dominic John Paul who he leaves behind.
Anthony was the treasured son of Mary Ann and Anthony Casale of Union, NJ. He graduated from Oratory Prep High School, and later graduated from Rutgers University. He was a jack of all trades who could fix any computer he found, give you a mean haircut, or serve you one delicious glass of sangria. In addition to his son and parents, he is also survived by his sister Cristina, her husband Daniel, their daughter Riley, his paternal grandparents, Anthony and Josephine, as well as an army of aunts, uncles cousins and friends who will miss his spirit, his chatter and his sweet soul. A viewing will be held at Galante Funeral Home from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, May 30. A funeral will take place the following day at Saint Joseph's in Maplewood at 10:30 am.
Until we meet again Anthony, may you rest easy in the arms of your grandmother Mary, your brother Christopher and all the other friends and family who have welcomed you home.
Donations will be accepted at the funeral home for Anthony's son Dominic John Paul's college fund.
