Antoinette R. Luciano

Antoinette R. Luciano (nee Paglia) 87, of Nanuet, N.Y. passed away on Wednesday March 23, 2016, at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, N.J.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Tuesday at 9 AM. The funeral mass will be in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Newark (Ironbound) at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery in N. Arlington, N.J. Visitation will be on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

Born in Newark, she lived in Linden, and Elizabeth, before moving to Nanuet 10 years ago. She was a fraud investigator for Bell Atlantic Telephone Co. in Orange, NJ  for 23 years, before retiring 23 years ago.

Antoinette was married to her late husband Angelo D. Luciano for 10 years until he passed away in 1965. She was the mother of Jo Ann Goncalves, Catherine Burns, and Anna Marie Cook,  she also was the sister of Rose Marotti, Josephine Policastro, and Grace Nodzak, as well as being survived by 7 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
