Antonio Silva

Antonio Silva, 58 of Parlin, formerly of Union passed away at home on February 8, 2015.

A funeral service will be held at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Monday at 7:30 PM. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 PM.

Born in Portugal, Antonio moved to Elizabeth in 1983. He lived in Hillside and most recently Union before moving to Parlin a short time ago. He owned several businesses, including General Construction in Hillside for many years.

Antonio was the loving husband of Maria (nee Ferreira). He was also the beloved uncle of Marcelino and Jack.

Antonio was a beautiful man who was loved dearly by his family and by the many people that he helped.
