Armando Perez, 90, passed away on July 22 ^nd 2014 of Newark.

Husband of the late Felisa (nee Rodriguez)

Father of Antonio and his wife Emilia.

Grandfather of Anthony, Wife Sandra, Frank, Wife Sheri, and Manuel, Wife Jennifer.

Great-Grandfather of Cecilia, Simon, Frank, Joanna and Lyla.

Armando was raised Orense, Spain before arriving and setteling in the Ironbound section of Newark in 1962. He was a longshoreman with the Universal Stevedore Co. for 20 years. He was a member of the International Longshoreman Association local 1235 in Newark.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2 – 5 PM at the Galante Funeral Home 17 Pacific St. Newark
