Aurea Napoles (nee Montes de Oca) 99 of Union passed away on December 1, 2013 at Wayne Care Center in Wayne.

Visitation is at the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Wednesday from 8:30 to 11 AM. Funeral Mass is at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Newark at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Hillside.

Aurea was predeceased by her husband Pedro Napoles and her son Alfonso. She is survived by her children Anilia Garcia and her husband Roger; and Sarah Aguilar; by daughter-in-law Ada Napoles; her loving grandchildren Marta Napoles, Marilyn Belo, Carlos Belo, Daisy Garcia-Dumeng, Rolando Garcia, Luis Aguilar and Caridad Aguilar. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Robert, Jessica, Nicky, Mia, Victor Luis, Zachary, Kelsey, Naomi, Briana, Paige, Isaiah, Nicholas, Adam, Sandra, Briana, Noah and Oscar, Jr.
