Funeral  from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave.  Union, on Friday at 8:30 am. The funeral mass is at St. James Church Springfield at 10 AM. Interment St Mary Stoney Hill Cemetery Watchung. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

Born in Newark  Bernadette lived in Springfield and Union and lived in Gillette.

Mother of Michelle Perna-Ligus and her husband Phil, Celeste Perna and Michael Perna. Companion of Tony Margotta. Sister of Joseph Orangeo ,Kennith Orangeo, Robert Orangeo, and Lorraine Herrick. Grandmother of Arielle, Adriana, Jake, Jackie, and Carson.
