Carlito R. Dauz Jr. 74 of Union, died on Wednesday May 8 ^th , 2013 at Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth.

The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue, Union, on Tuesday at 9 AM. The funeral mass will be at Holy Spirit Church in Union at 10:30 am. Cremation will follow in Fairmount Crematory in Newark. Visitation will be on Monday from 4-8 pm.

Born in the Philippines he lived in Hillside until he moved to Union 10 years ago. He was a Cargo Agent for Continental Airlines at Newark Airport for 20 years before retiring 10 years ago.

Carlito was the husband of Teresita D Dauz (nee Duay) for 10 years. He is the father of Marlon Dauz and his wife Mirasol, Marvin Dauz and his wife Winnie, Marco Dauz and his Domestic Partner Katharine, Theresa Llamoso and her husband Arnold, Guillermo Layug and his wife Agnes, Joselito Layug and his wife Jerlyn, Levita Nucum and her husband Randy, Rachel, and Rosalette Layug. He was the brother of Sonia Eagan, and Eufrocina Indiana, and also the grandfather of Carl, Kristelle, Julia, Janelle, Louise, Aleksandra, Aiden, Annemarie, Angelica, Ian, Ethan, Ran Vianne, Therence, Thea, Jade, Jercee, Jamela,  and Sagui,
