Carlos H. Sala 66, of Newark, passed away on November 21, 2015.

Visitation is Tuesday from 6 to 9pm at Galante Funeral Home 17 Pacific St. Newark.

Cremation private.

Born in Uruguay, Carlos arrived in Harrison in 1974 before residing in Ironbound Newark. He was a Long Shoreman with Maher Terminal in Elizabeth for 15 years.

Husband of the late Ana Maria (nee Perez). Son of Angelica and the late Emeterio. Loving father of  Sandra Goya. Brother of Alberto Sala and Dinora Sala.  Grandfather of Mathias, Sabrina, and Alejandro.
