Carmine J. Boniello 93, of Mountainside died on Tuesday January 24th, 2012, at home..


The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue, Union, on Friday at 8 am. The funeral mass is at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in South Orange at 9:30 am. Born in Newark he lived in South Orange, before moving to Mountainside. He was an accountant for American Cyanamid in Linden for many years until he retired in 1985. He was also a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII.


Carmine was the husband of the late Mildred Boniello (nee De Bartolomeis) and the father of Thomas and his wife Judith, and the late John Boniello. He was also the father in law of Rose Boniello, the brother of Robert Boniello, as well as the grandfather of Christopher, Anthony, and Christina.
