Carmita Kerley

Carmita Kerley, 71, of Lakewood, passed away on Friday July 21, 2017.

A Memorial Service will be held at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union on (TBD).

Born in Newark, Carmita lived in Maplewood before residing in Lakewood. She worked as a telephone operator for Verizon for 25 years before her retirement.

She was the beloved  wife of the late Joseph Cox and the late James Kerley; loving daughter of the late Frank Cendon and the late Javiera Otero. Carmita is survived by her son Peter and his wife Elaine, sister Dolores Berardi and her husband Ray, niece Catherine and nephew Nick.
