Catherine Orangeo (nee Brescia) 92, of Rockaway died on Wednesday April 17, 2013 at home.

The funeral is from  the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union,  on Saturday at 8 am. Funeral mass is at Holy Spirit Church in Union at 9:30 am. Entombment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

Born in Newark she lived in Springfield, before moving to Rockaway in 1964.

Catherine was married to her late husband Joseph Orangeo Sr. She is the mother of Joseph J. Jr, Kenneth, and Robert Orangeo, Bernadette Perna, and Lorraine Herrick. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
