Rest in Peace our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother of Fairfield, NJ

Our Susie (nee Bruns) DeVito passed away peacefully on December 26, 2017 surrounded by her husband Frank, children Donna (Vincent) Colucci, Vincent (Debbie) DeVito, Gina DeVito and Michael DeVito. Her grandchildren, who she adored and lived for PJ (Monita), Jaime (Lou), Brittany, Tiffany, Michael Jr., Matthew and his fiance Catherine; and great-grandchildren Ella and Mikenna.

She is also survived by her nieces Anita Blackwell of Florida, Rita Cella of Long Island and many other loving nieces and nephews; and Barbara, Gloria, MaryAnn, Molly and Sandy (her girls). She was always ready for a good poker game or a trip to Atlantic City with them.

Susie was predeceased by her mother Louise Bruns, sisters Margie, LuLu, Ruth and Florence, and her brothers George, John and Eddie Bruns.

We will continue to embrace everything you have taught us Susie, and pay it forward.

Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Friday at 9:30 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Church, 12 Hollywood Ave. Fairfield at 11 AM. Inurnment will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at a later date. Visitation is on Thursday from 2-7 PM at the funeral home.
