Charles Colasanti

Charles C. Colasanti, 76 of Clark passed away on May 30, 2016.

Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Friday at 9 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 259 Oliver St. Newark at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation is on Thursday from 4-9 PM.

Born in Newark, Charles lived in Harrison before moving to Clark a year and a half ago. He was a Terminal Manager for Schultz & Son Trucking Company in Union for 40 years until his retirement 9 years ago.

Charles was the son of the late Angelo and Mary (nee Soriano) Colasanti; beloved husband of 42 years to Theresa M. (nee Ruzzano); loving father of Ralph Colasanti and his wife Carlene; brother of Robert Colasanti, Joseph Colasanti and the late Michael Colasanti. He was the grandfather of Jessica and Ryan, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Please omit flowers. Memorials in Charles' memory will be accepted at the funeral home for Cooley's Anemia and the American Diabetes Association.
