Chester S. Sipper, 95 died on April 28, 2016 at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home,  2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Monday at 9 am. Funeral Mass at St. Michael Church in Union at 10:15 am. Entombment Hollywood  Memorial Park.  Visitation will be on Sunday from 3-7 pm.

Born in Plymouth, PA, Chester lived in Newark and Union then in Marlboro for 2 years. Chester worked for Celenase Corporation in Newark before retiring. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII serving on the Intrepid.

Husband of the late Helen (Nee Vitolo) Father of Joseph and his wife Beth Ann, and Janice and her husband Edmund De Noia, Sister in law of Frances Naporano. Grandfather of Joseph Sipper and his wife Christa, Michael  Sipper and his wife Darra, Tara Powers and her husband Sean, Deanna Leon and her husband David and Eddie DeNoia and his wife Marissa. Great grandfather of GianAnthony, Nicholas, Michael, Tyler, Carmine, Brandon, Logan, Sophia, Luca, Joseph, & Julianna.
