Christine Marie Perrella

Christine Marie Perrella, 70 of Caldwell, formerly of Roseland, passed away on January 9, 2023.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Christine at the Galante Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Sunday January 15 from 12 - 4 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Roseland on Monday at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover.

Chris was born to Stephen and Roberta Crosby and raised in Verona. A graduate of Verona High School and the Berkeley Secretarial School, she later lived in Roseland for many years until residing in Caldwell for the past 20 years. She was a paralegal with Brach Eichler LLC in Roseland for the past 34 years.

Chris was the beloved wife of the late Michael Perrella; loving mother of Stephen Perrella (Lindsey), cherished stepmother of Michael Perrella (Ingrid), Kim Perrella, and the late Anthony Perrella; and the proud grandmother of Michael, Penelope, Anthony and Alyssa. She is also survived by her loving, longtime companion, Richard Brown, her sisters, Pam Figurelli (Bob) and Roberta Shaw (Bob); and her daughter-in-law, Jeneen Perrella, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and her lifelong friends.

Chris was a loyal and caring person and her laughter always filled the room. Nothing was more important to her than her family and friends. She most especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
