Clara M. Volpe (nee Di Napoli) 87, of Union, N.J. passed away on Monday March 27, 2017, at home surrounded by her loving family.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, N.J.

The funeral  procession will begin from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, N.J. on Friday  at 9 am.

The funeral mass will be held at St. Michael's Church in Union at 10:15 am.

Entombment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park, also in Union.

Born in Newark, she moved to Union 41 years ago.

She was a member of the Union Twp. Senior Citizens Wednesday and Friday Clubs.

and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Clara was married to her late  beloved husband Vito A. Volpe Sr. for 51 years, until he passed away in 2014.

She is the mother of Vito A. Jr. Daniel P. and Michael M. Volpe.

She is also survived by her  sisters  Josephine Carolla, and Carmella Di Napoli,

and will fondly be remembered by her niece and caretaker Patricia Bower.
