Concetta Marasco, 100, of  Union, died on April 8, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Monday at 9 am. The funeral mass will be at St. Michael's Church Union at 10:15 AM. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.  Visitation Sunday 3-7 pm.

Born in Newark, Concetta lived in Union for 45 years. She was a shipping clerk for Schering Corp. Union for 40 years retired in 1978. Concetta was a member of the Catholic Daughters of St. Michael's Church Union, and she also traveled the world.

She was the sister of Ida Fortunato, & the late Jerry Marasco & Caroline Volpe.  Aunt of Joseph Marasco, Linda and Richard Volpe, and Peter and Joseph Fortunato. Also 10 great nephews and nieces and 3 great great nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers that you make memorials to the St. Barnabas Hospice Palliative Care Center 95 Old Short Hills Road West Orange, NJ 07052 in her memory.
