Danilo Peralta Valdez

Danilo Peralta Valdez, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. He was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States, settling in Elizabeth, NJ, in 1990 before later moving to Union in 1994.

Danilo was a devoted husband to his wife, Glena, and a loving father to his sons, Darove Carlo Valdez, Kristoffer Dane Valdez and his wife Julienne Nicole, and Christian Neil Valdez and his wife Zarah Joy. He was a proud grandfather to his grandchildren, Zia Elizabeth, Olivia Zuri, and a beloved brother to Conrado Valdez Sr., Efraem Valdez, Esther Fernandez, and Rebecca Akhtar.

Danilo was a devoted member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), where he performed as one of the head deacons at the Elizabeth local congregation. He served as the CEO of Zia Residential Health Care facility in Woodbine, NJ and also worked as a financial planner with Freedom Equity Group. His favorite pastime and passion was bowling. 

He was known as "Uncle Danny" by the Valdez Clan in the Philippines, and was known for his great advice, sharing nuggets of wisdom and his generosity. He reunited the Valdez family together every time he would visit his hometown of Baguio City.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29 from 4-8 PM and Monday, December 30 from 5-9 PM at the funeral home located at 2800 Morris Ave, Union, NJ. A funeral gathering will be held on Tuesday, December 31 from 9 - 11 AM, followed by interment at Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth, NJ.
