Dominick Russo 88, of Middlesex, died on Tuesday October 15 ^th , 2013 at home.

The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Saturday at 8 am. The funeral mass is at St. Michael Church in Union at 9:15 am. Entombment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park in Union. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

Born in Newark he lived in Union before moving to Middlesex 16 years ago. He was a butcher working for Bambergers Department Store in Newark for 35 years retiring 31 years ago. A veteran of The US Army serving during WWII, he was also a member of the Veterans Alliance in Union, NJ.

Dominick was married to his wife Lorenzina C. Russo (nee Zamarra) for 66 years, and is the father of Antoinette Kielwasser, Joseph, and the late Mario Russo. He is also the brother of the late Anna Giordano, Matteo, and Anthony Russo, as well as the grandfather of Jay Kielwasser, Dominick J,  Anthony J,  and  Marie Elena Russo.
