Dorothy Latora

Dorothy S. Latora, 95 of Livingston passed away on September 10, 2015.

A Funeral Service will be held in the Galante Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Ave. Caldwell on Monday at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1-5 PM.

Born in Dartmouth, England, Dorothy worked at the Royal Navy College there when she met her husband Peter, marrying in 1945. They lived in several places in Newark, NJ before moving to West Palm Beach, FL in 1986; Dorothy moved to Livingston in 2006.

She was the beloved wife of the late Peter J. Latora; loving mother of Dianne Menegus and her husband John; and the late Peter V. Latora; dear grandmother of Lisa and her husband Ken, and Scott; great-grandmother of Christopher and Anthony; and God-Mother of Enzina. Dorothy is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the loving mother to her dogs Star, Simmie and Gizmo.
