Elaine M. Berri

It is with sadness that we report the passing of our beloved cousin Elaine Marie Berri on November 13, 2024. She will be fondly remembered as our own "Hollywood Icon" who entertained her many cousins and friends with her singing "It's Only A Paper Moon" and her knowledge of the stars of the golden Hollywood Era. 

Born in Newark, New Jersey on August 1st, 1938, Elaine attended 14th Avenue School, Arts High, and was a graduate of Westside Highschool.

She recently resided in Wayne and Little Falls, New Jersey. Her family and friends are comforted by the fact that she is now in the loving arms of her mother and father, Lillian and Ed Berri, and surrounded by her many aunts, uncles, and cousins, who welcomed her to her eternal home in Heaven.

A funeral mass will be celebrated to honor Elaine on Wednesday, November 20th at 11:00am at St. Raphael Church located at 346 E Mt. Pleasant Ave, Livingston, NJ.

Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery located at 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ.
