Eva Rella

Eva Rella (nee DaSilva), 84 of Union passed away on April 15, 2020.
Funeral services are private, in the care of the Galante Funeral Home in Union. A memorial gathering will be celebrated at a later date. Condolences and memories may be shared at galantefh.com.
Born in Newark, Eva was a lifelong Union resident. She worked as a waitress for many years at Jesse's Lunch then John & Mary's, both in Union Center until her retirement.
Eva was the beloved wife of 57 years to the late Donato Rella who passed away in 2018. She was the loving mother of Joseph Rella and his wife Pamela, and Annette Vitale and her husband Marco; treasured grandmother of Victoria Rella, Matthew Vitale, Meghan Vitale, Marco Vitale, Jr., Maximillian Vitale and Joseph Rella, Jr. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters.
