Felicia Liotti (nee Valentino), 96, of Union died on Monday May 1, 2012 at home


The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Saturday at 8:30 am. The funeral mass is at St. Lucy Church in Newark at 10 am. Entombment at Hollywood Memorial Park, in Union. Visitation  Friday 4-8 pm.


Born in Avelino, Italy, she came to Newark in 1958, before moving to Union 45 years ago.


Felicia was married to the late Alessandro Liotti for 75 years until he died in 2008. She was the mother of Luigi and his wife Lina, Francesco and his wife Annette Liotti, Yolanda Russo, and her husband Renato, Flora Gialanella and her husband Thomas, Filomena Del Virginia, and her husband Benny, and the late Oreste and his wife Ronnie. She was also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.


In lieu of flowers the family prefers that memorials be made to The American Lung Association 1031 Route 22 West Suite 203 Bridgewater, N.J. 08807 in her memory.
