Florence  Anello  (Nee Tedesco) age 94 passed away on Saturday November 30, 2019 at Hartwyck Nursing Facility in Edison.

Funeral from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on  Wednesday  at 9 AM.

A Funeral Mass will be at St Michaels Church Union at 10:15 AM. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Visitation Tuesday from 4 - 8 PM.

Daughter of Susan and Jerry Tedesco,  she was born in 1925 and raised in Newark. While working at Fisher Baking Company, she met her husband, John and resided in Irvington. After raising her children, she moved to Union and was employed by Mandees Stores until retiring in 1990

"Flossie" loved dancing and was always the first on the dance floor at weddings and her social clubs.

Florence is predeceased by her husband John, and brothers, Jerry and Samuel Tedesco. She leaves behind a sister and brother, Lydia and Patrick Tedesco, a son John Anello and his wife Frances, a daughter Karen Truncale and her husband Joseph, a grandson, Alex Truncale and his wife Hannah and a great great granddaughter due in March.
