Gabriel Petti

Mr. Gabriel A. Petti, 63, of Long Branch, NJ, formerly of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016.

Visitation will be at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Avenue, Union on Wednesday, June 1 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Thursday June 2 at St. James the Apostle Church, 45 South Springfield Ave. Springfield, NJ 07081 at 10:30 a.m. The cremation will be held privately.

Gabriel was born in Newark, grew up in Springfield and moved to Long Branch four years ago where he summered since childhood.  He was a Realtor associated with Realty 33, Maplewood for 35 years before retiring.

He is survived by his beloved sister Jackie Camaleri and her husband Eddie; his loving niece Danielle Stein and her husband Justin; his loving nephew Michael Camaleri; his cherished great-nephew Johnny; and his loyal and loving pet, Ali.

Mr. Petti is predeceased by his parents Gabriel and Angela (Peggy) (nee Pecoraro) Petti and his brother Carmine Petti.
