Gaetano Jacobellis

Gaetano Guy Jacobellis 78, of Manchester, passed away on August 10, 2014, at Community Medical Center Toms River.

Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Friday at 9 am.  Funeral mass is at St. Michaels Church Union at 10:15 am. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation is on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.

Born in Newark, Guy lived in Clark before moving to Manchester ten years ago. He was the owner of Guys Market in Newark. After, he worked for Pathmark Supermarkets before retiring.

Guy was the husband of the late Vivian (Nee Abruzzo).  Loving father of Gregory and his wife Joanne, and Lorraine Conroy and her husband Robert. Brother of Betty Sapienza, Bella Armeno and the late Rose Savietieri. Brother in law of Charles Abruzzo and his wife Maria. He is the grandfather of Arielle, Jenna & Robert, and he is also survived by his special nieces and nephews. Guy spent his final years with new friends in his Leisure Ridge community, he will be greatly missed.
