George E. Andrianos

George E. Andrianos 75, of Union, died on Friday July 27th, 2012 .


The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Tuesday at 9 am Funeral Service in Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Westfield at 11am. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.


Visitation is on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm.


Born in Greece he lived in Elizabeth before moving to Union 30 years ago. He was the owner of the Cavalier Restaurant and Diner in Roselle for 25 years, retiring 1 year ago. He was a member of Ahepa Greek organization in Union.


He was married to his wife Vicky (nee Kakounis) for 45 years and was the father of Maria G. Vayas and her husband Angelo, and Louis G. Andrianos. He was also the grandfather of Anjelika and Markella.


In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials for St. Joseph Children’s Hospital 703 Main Street Paterson, N.J. 07503 in his memory.
