Gill Restaino 69, of Edison passed away  on Tuesday April 21, 2015 at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union, on Saturday at 9:30 AM. The funeral mass will be in Holy Spirit Church in Union at 11 AM. Interment will follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation will be on Friday from 4-8 pm.

Born in the Dominican Republic, he lived in Caracas, Venezuela, Springfield, &  Irvington, before moving to  Edison, NJ 37 years ago. He was a Production Supervisor for the Schering Plough Corp. in Kenilworth for 40 years, until he retired 5 years ago.

Gill was married to his beloved wife Anna (nee Spagnolo) for 44 years. He is the devoted  father of Michael  Restaino and his wife Darlene, and Gill Restaino Jr. He is the also dedicated brother of Piero Restaino, and Marianna Kryger, as well as the cherished grandfather of  Michael Restaino Jr, the loving brother in law of Blase Spagnolo and his wife Marietta, he was also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and 7 great nieces and great nephews.
