Giuseppe "Joe" Galazzo 92 of West Orange, N.J. passed away on September 27, 2022.

Husband of the late Paola"Lina" (nee Musso)

Father of Mario and his wife Diane, Michelle Giasullo and her husband Louis Jr., Joseph and his wife Andrea.

Brother to Rosetta Cannizzo, the late Antoinetta, Lina, Maria, Vincenzo, and Salvatore

Beloved Grandfather to Danielle, David, Joseph, Joseph Brian, Louis III, Michael and Great-Grandfather to Marisa Bella, Maia,  Michael, Lena and Scarlett

Also beloved Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews

Giuseppe was born in Solarino, Sicily before arriving in Orange in 1952. He was employed in the gas division of Public Service for 30 years before retiring.

He was a Veteran of the Italian Army. He loved tending to his fruit and vegetable garden , crabbing at the Jersey Shore, as well as wine making.

 Funeral from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave in Union on Monday at 8:30AM.

Visiting will be on Sunday October 2nd from 1-5 PM

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:15 AM at St. Michael's Church 1212 Kelly St, Union.

 Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.

Donations in his name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
