Harry Vitolo

Harry Vitolo 86, of Springfield died on Wednesday October 3rd, 2012.


The funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave, Union, on Wednesday at 8 am. The funeral mass is at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Newark (Ironbound) at 9:30 am. Interment will follow in Graceland Memorial Park in Kenilworth. Visitation is Tuesday from 4-8 pm. .


Born in Newark He graduated from East Side High School. He was a longtime employee of the Otis Elevator Co. in Harrison, and IT&T Corp. in Nutley, and was a member of the Columbus Club in the Ironbound Section of Newark.


Harry was the brother of Frances (Dolly) Naporano the late Anello (Seebo), Pat, Tom, Louis, Joseph, John, Lillian Berri, Mary Vitolo, Lee Kmetz, and Helen Sipper. He was also the brother in law of Joseph Kmetz, and the uncle of many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.


In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to The Thomas Peterpaul Foundation 1 Cleveland Place, Springfield, N.J. 07081 in his memory.
