Helen C. Genninger (nee Antlick) 92, of Union died on Thursday April 10, 2014 at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ.

The funeral is from the Galante funeral Home 2800 Morris Avenue in Union on Tuesday at 9 am. The funeral mass will be in St. James Church 45 South Springfield Avenue, Springfield, N.J. 07081 at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park 1500 Stuyvesant Avenue  in Union, N.J. Visitation  will be on Monday from 4-6 pm.

Born in New York City, she lived in Hollis, Long Island and Newark, before moving to Union 57 years ago. She was a member of the Rosary Altar Society of St. James Church, and The head of the Prayer Line of St. James Church since 1980.

Helen was married to her late husband Elwood M. Genninger for 46 years until he died in 1986. She is the mother of  Anne Marie Genninger and the sister of Lawrence Antlick, the late Rose Maywald, Julia, and Frank Antlick.
