Helen C. Roselle, 86, (nee Mattone) On January 20, 2012 resident of Marion Manor, Caldwell formerly of Bellville.


Wife of the late Ralph A.


Mother of Denise Roselle – Babajko and her husband Vincent and Glen and his wife Andrea.


Daughter of the late Benny and Rose Mattone.


Sister of Jerry, Geraldine Mattone and the late Lucy Leone and Carmela Pizzerelli.


Sister in Law of Rocco Pizzerelli and the late Ben Leone and Eileen Mattone.


Proud and loving Grandmother of Gabriella and Lorenzo.


Beloved Aunt of Benny, Cathy, Marc, Denise Leone, Matthew, Lauren, Kim and the late Robert, Sue and Steven.


Helen was born in Newark and lived in the North Ward Section of Newark. When married, she settled in Belleville for 63 years.


Helen’s sweet deposition and kindness was an asset to her pleasant personality, always ready to help out when needed. Helen was a proud graduate of Abington Ave. Grammer School and Barringer High School of 44.


With Helen’s shy smile and bright smiling eyes she will always be remembered as the loving head of the Mattone clan.


Helen we all wish you a safe journey which you so richly deserve on your trip to Heaven with the angels and in Gods hands, may he grant you peace.


Funeral from the Galante Funeral Home 54 Roseland Ave Caldwell on Tuesday at 8:30 AM


Funeral Mass at St. Aloysius Church Caldwell at 10 AM


Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.


Visitation on Sunday from 1 – 5PM and Monday 2 – 4 & 7 – 9PM
