Isabelle Mossay

Isabelle I. Mossay (nee Nardo), 82 of Cranford passed away on November 25, 2017.

Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Thursday at 8:15 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Church in Union at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park. Visitation is on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home.

Born in Newark, Isabelle was a longtime Union resident before moving to Cranford in 2010. She started her career working for Prudential Insurance Company in Newark until 1970; later working as an academic aide in Washington Elementary School for 10 years; finally working for Lord & Taylor in Westfield for 17 years before retiring.

Isabelle was the wife of the late George R. Mossay; loving mother of Michele Mossay; dear sister of Dominick and the late Raymond; and sister-in-law of Toni Nardo and the late Marie Nardo. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Joanne and her husband Don, Raymond, John, Anthony and his wife Rosemary, Nick, and the late Cathy Dolan and her surviving husband Ted, as well as many loving grand nieces, and grand nephews.
