James V. Raymond III

James V. Raymond III, 59 of Berkeley Heights passed away on Monday, May 25, 2015 at home.

The funeral will be from the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave., Union, on Saturday at 8 AM. The Funeral Mass will be at St. Michael’s Church in Union at 9:15 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visitation on Friday from 4-9 PM.

James was born and raised in Newark before moving to Berkeley Heights 20 years ago. He was an Insurance Producer for State Farm for 12 years and just recently graduated as a Substance Abuse Counselor and also was beginning a career with Integrity House in Newark. He hoped to help and inspire growth for all of those around him.

James was the son of Margaret (nee Padula) and the late Former Deputy Chief James V. Raymond Jr. He was the father of Nicholas J and James V. IV and the brother of Dr. Steven, Anna Raymond, Rita Moniodes and her husband James, Theresa Raymond Millstein, and Lisa Raymond. He is also survived by his god daughter Lisa Mavroudis.
