James Rotonda

James Rotonda, 73 of Caldwell passed away on October 11, 2020.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service for Jimmy at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave. East Hanover on Thursday October 15 at 12:30 PM. Arrangements are entrusted to the Galante Funeral Home in Caldwell.

Born in Newark, Jimmy moved to Caldwell in 2007. He proudly served as a PhD professor in experimental psychology, and in psychology statistics at Montclair State University and William Paterson University. He also worked for the State of New Jersey Department of Developmental Disability. An avid fan of the New York Yankees, Jimmy also enjoyed ballroom dancing, and was a talented competitor.
The son of the late Vito and Rose (nee Zarra) Rotonda, James was the beloved husband of 13 years to Janice (nee Bozzay) Rotonda. He was the cherished brother of Pam Pepe, Victor Rotonda, Linda Cella and the late Marie Marino. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
