Joan & Dominick Marangi

Joan Marangi (nee Nolan), 81 of Union passed away peacefully on April 10, 2015, surrounded by her loving family; on April 12, 2015, she was followed by her beloved husband Dominick Marangi.

Funeral services will be held in the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Saturday at 3:30 PM. Cremation will be private. Visitation is on Saturday from 2-5 PM.

Joan and Dominick were longtime Union residents. She enjoyed crocheting, and was always making her way to a garage sale. He was a carpenter who worked hard all his life; and enjoyed watching Westerns on TV.

Joan and Dominick spent 62 wonderful years married to each other. They are the parents of Dr. Donald Marangi, Rosemarie Halady and her husband Gunther, and Natalie Urquhart and her husband Gary; grandparents of 6; and great-grandparents of 2. Joan was also the cherished sister of seven; and Dominick was the brother of two.

Joan and Dominick loved and were loved by all; especially their family, all of which were held very near to their hearts.
