John G. Fierro AKA Jackie, 90 of East Hanover died on Saturday night October 12, 2013 at 10:30 PM at Morristown Memorial Hospital.

The Funeral is from the Galante Funeral Home 2800 Morris Ave. Union on Thursday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass is at St. Philomena Church at 396 S. Livingston Ave. Livingston at 10 AM. Entombment is at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation is on Tuesday from 7-9 PM and on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

Mr. John G. Fierro was born in East Orange and lived at 261 Sanford St. before moving to East Hanover 35 years ago. He was a warehouseman, supervisor at Sealand Service at Port Elizabeth for 35 years before retiring. He was also an army veteran of World War II.

John is survived by his wife Gloria M. Fierro; his son James Fierro and his fiancée Dolores; and his daughter Judy Fierro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
