John Montana, known to his grandsons as 'Grandpa Trout', a dedicated lithographer, passed away on August 8, 2024, in Pennsylvania. He was born on January 22, 1958, in the vibrant city of NYC, NY.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service for John at the Galante Funeral Home, 2800 Morris Avenue, Union on Wednesday at 11 AM. Visitation is from 10 to 11 AM. Interment to follow at St, Teresa Cemetery in Summit.

During his life, John's artistic talents shone brightly in his chosen career as a lithographer. His precision, creativity, and passion for the craft left an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of witnessing his work. He was an avid outdoorsman with a true passion for fishing.

John was a loving son, with his deceased father, John D. Montana (2020), and his late mother, Amelia (Cavaluzzo) Montana (2016), always holding a special place in his heart. His legacy lives on through his beloved son, John Montana, his daughter-in-law Bethany Montana, his daughter Nicole Montana, and his cherished grandchildren, John and Jason. Janice Montana, his sister, shared a deep bond with John throughout their lives.

In his roles as a father, grandfather, son, and brother, John's kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support touched the lives of his family and friends in profound ways. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever be cherished.
