Jose Romero, 67 of Newark passed away on January 30, 2013.
Visitation will be held at the Galante Funeral Home, 17 Pacific St. Newark on Saturday Feb. 2nd from 1 - 5 PM.
Burial will be in Spain.
Born in Vinal Gomesende Spain, Jose moved to Newark in 1987. He has been the owner of McWhorter BBQ in Newark since 1995.
Jose is the husband of Maria (nee Gonzalez).
Beloved father of Emilio Romero and his wife Danielle and Eva Ulloa and her husband Eugenio. Brother of Manolo Romero. He is also the loving grandfather of Nayla, Jonathan and Ethan.
