Josefina Lado, 87, “Fina” (nee Abeigon) of Newark, passed away at her home with her family at her side on August 14, 2014.

Wife of the late Nazario.

Mother of Manuel and his wife Gisela, Francisco, John, Rosemary Diaz, Maria Lado and Josephine Figueiras.

Sister of the late John, Joseph Abeigon, Maria Hernando and Blanca Aradas.

Grandmother of 10 and Great Grandmother of 5.

Josefina was born in Newark and lived most of her life in Newark.

She was one of the original members of Club Espana in the Ironbound section of Newark.

Funeral from the Galante Funeral Home, 17 Pacific Street, Newark on Saturday at 8:30AM.

Funeral Mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church at 9:30AM

Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.

Visitation Friday from 4 to 8 PM.
